I work for Enterprise rent a car. We are the biggest rental car company in the country. I have been with them since January and am on my way up the ladder. While in college I sold cars, made a good living but we all know what happened there. I bought a house with intent to rent it out as I live ~5 mins from university of west Georgia. After the car business went south I decided to get a corporate job and live in the house. So... I have a fun job, always different, pay is decent benefits are decent the growth is great and my coworkers are fun. The worst part of my job is that it is a necessary evil. After a person minding their own business gets hit by another driver the following events happen. Get screwed by the person that hit them, then screwed by the insurance company, then screwed by the body shop and then when they get to me they are so mad that nothing I can do or say will make them happy. I feel more like a salesman/ therapist. I rarely deal with a happy customer and that wears on you. But... It pays the bills and as long as I don't punch somebody I will have a job.

Detailer for Gerogia Precast Services. I sit at a desk and design architectual concrete, StoneCoat, and GFRC. The people here think I'm crazy because of my intrest/obsession with guns but they are the crazy ones.

I've been writing software for 32 years, starting as a teenager in the 1970's. My first "real" job was writing project management software for a group of R&D engineers at Gillette's razor factory on the southside of Boston.

For the last 13 years, I've been a one man information technology consulting and software development shop. Do a lot of web design, web hosting, database development, and server admin work.

Aside from working for myself, the best thing about my job is the diversity of my customers. They are mostly small businesses in north Georgia, but some are spread out around the country and overseas. All kinds of businesses. I get to learn about and see a variety of industries and processes, and help try to improve a lot of different types of businesses.

Civil Design Engineer, just recently completed over 5,000 Railroad xing's throughout this beautiful state we call Georgia. Met a lot of wonderful people who for the most part knows what hard work and dedication mean to this Great Country of diverse citizens. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year's to those I've met and those I've yet to call friend.
