My Dealer double sold my silencer and now the ATF says it is not mine even though I have a form 4 saying it is mine. What to do what to do.


And yes I am pissed because I didn't find out about this until I did a form 5320 for out of state transfer. Which was denied because NFA/ATF says I don't own the silencer.
