At 0247 this morning someone sent a PM about two year old listing. No big deal, right?

Same person then posted Neutral feedback that the system isn't letting me see.

I only see positive or negatives for members now. Don’t see a third block like before with neutral score

I thought the rule was you couldnt add feedback until a deal was agreed upon time/meet kinda thing. I know the option is there but still Just an inquiry shoulnt warrant feedback whether its an option or not. If that was the case a lot of us would be upside down in the ratings.
