Compliance is all fine and good, but lying about the incident just undermines every decent cops actions prior and since. I never heard him answer why he was detaining her, only that she wasn't free to leave a public area in front of the pub. Would like to know more of the back story, but very dubious about his version.

He wasnt detaining her.. he told her she.could go..

Then he told her to back off 2 times...


She.didnt respond to that...

All she had to do is.leave..

Also she walked out of the.club and was trying to take her boyfriend out of there...

Afterwards it's just a matter of her continuously put herself in the way of the.police trying to do their job...
