Gotta be tough to sport a bowtie like that.We sure do, bush turkeys or bush chooks as they are called locally and yes we have them in the garden. The cooking instructions are to put the turkey and a brick in a pressure cooker, boil for 12 hours, then throw away the turkey and eat the brick. You might say they are a little tough.
