Comcast server in atlanta....i can't watch videos period at home...it's bad when my schools wifi with hundreds of people on it is way faster than mine, at school I can stream hd videos.....it's some bs.

If you have been with them long enough they will let you try out a higher speed beore you agree to pay for it.
I think they let us have a free upgrade for 6 months.

x2 I would definitely complain, something has to be wrong. we have no problems streaming netfix on our crappy connection, granted its not doing it in hd.

Upload: 3.91 Mbps
Ping: 16 ms

It depends on how many people around you have Comcast. If you live in a nicer area where people have the $ for Comcast it gets bogged down because it's cable. I live in a not so rich area and i'm probably one of the few with Comcast. I pay for 12 down, but get 22.
