Well, we have to have the back story!
I would avoid posting anything else until you talk to an attorney.
For the love of god don’t waste first offender on this. Talk to a lawyer, me or anyone else with experience in criminal law.

4 points and a major hit to insurance
Punched it pretty hard to pass someone in a passing zone. As soon as I went around the cop was on the opposite side of the road in a turning lane. Wrote me up for speeding and reckless, said it was wreckless because I didn't use my turn signal.
Not using a turn signal pretty much accounts for every driver in the state of Georgia!
Hell, wreckless driving is the only way to drive on I285. Not saying it's right, but just is how it is. Good luck to you.
Maybe you can find a liberal judge and claim you are now identifying as an illegal alien. Probably get off without any issues.
