If you've read any of my other posts, you'll find it's no secret that I unconditionally hate Joro spiders with every last fiber of my being. I love all of God's creatures, except Joro spiders. I could have told you that the way to control their population is to stomp/squish/mash/swat/ or shoot every last one of the little bastards until there ain't no more without the need of a college research project, but here ya go anyways.
An interesting read nonetheless. The PHD's have determined there is a bacterial infection carried by some males, that when they breed, sterilizes females. Music to my ears. Until then I'll keep shooting them out of their webs.
