95% sure its a species of sac spider. All spiders are venomous but you only have to worry about black widows and brown recluses. Even then, you have to be young, old, or really unhealthy to be bothered by them for the most part.

A buddy of mine I worked with got bit by a brown recluse on the top of his foot and he ended up with a hole through his foot . He was healthy and didn't suffer any other side affects but dang, a nasty blue and black hole in his foot.

There is also a brown widow, that was new around here somewhere around 10 years ago.
All of them have either an hourglass or a fiddle, fairly obvious, on their body.
