Spinach and feta stuffed chicken

I got this idea from the pre-packaged stuff at Publix that you just put in the oven, but I made it way better than their version. Fairly simple to make and one of the best dishes I've ever made. You'll need chicken breasts, olive oil, good balsamic vinegar glaze, fresh spinach, and good, crumbled feta cheese.

Butterfly chicken breasts, stuff with chopped spinach and feta, top with more spinach and feta, light drizzle of olive oil over everything, generous drizzle of balsamic vinegar glaze over everything, bake at 350 degrees for about a half hour.

What kind of sides do you have with something like this?

I like rice and vegetables of some type & garlic bread. Sweet tea or a Mt. Dew.

Told my 'ol lady about this and she fixed it tonight. 3 of 4 really liked it. The 4th is a picky eater, but he ate it.
She fixed it on a bed of egg noodles.

What kind of sides do you have with something like this?

Whatever sounds good to you at the time. I did mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli the first time. Last time I made it, I only made roasted cauliflower for the side.
