On some other sites I frequent, people do put down sales pending to XXXX. This way, the potential buyer will look like a welcher if he backs out, which has been done a million times before, especially on this site.
Good point sir.....but it seems to hurt some people's hiney what other people put in THEIR,THERE,THEY'RE thread
 
I agree that the seller should not publicly identify the buyer without the buyers permission.

Some people like to keep their firearm acquisitions private .

But not me: I've posted about every single firearm I own, at this website, over the years. I've also talked about many more that I used to own .
I don't have any secret guns hidden in PVC pipes buried in my backyard that I don't ever talk about because I am keeping their existence a secret from the entire world.
