woah, i'd like to see some of those targets. a 3/16 MOA rifle is exceptional. even high end custom stuff has a hard time being that precise.

It's not as hard as you think if you reload, I shoot in Benchrest matches and it's done every match. Most people just don't know how to read the wind or worse yet show up at the range to shoot small holes with no flags.

He said quality ARs.....DPMS is not exactly high-quality. The rifle is worth $1250 and the extras are more depending on USGI or not.
