Question , who isn using an adjustable cheek rest and which one? The ones that strap onto the stock versus drill and fasten with bolts.
I cannot bring myself to drill a walnut stock.
I think it will help my accuracy, consistent cheek weld.

I had this for my M1a that I just sold and it was the perfect height. It comes right off if you go back to irons and has a windowed pocket for your dope card.

If you are not so much worried about what it weighs, the PMRI EBR is another great choice for enhanced accuracy. It's noticeably heavier than the Blackfeather RS I posted earlier, but the Magpul PRS2 butt stock is fully adjustable and you can use the iron sights comfortably. TACOM Rock Island got sub MOA accuracy out of rack grade USGI M14s just by bolting them into SAGE EBRs, and using LC M118 LR.

Mine is a vintage full length EBR chassis that I added the PMRI/PRS2 butt stock to.
