Okay, so I can reduce my questions to these:

Please rank said consumed rodents in order of enjoyment, and describe the circumstances leading up to the dispatching and consumption? I gotta admit, you got me curious when you said squirrel was your favorite rodent. For me, squirrel is the only rodent I have ever consumed (that I know of, anyway....) I have eaten at many suspicious Chinese restaurants though.

I'm sitting here watching a large fox squirrel. He is a blondish/reddish one with a black face. He would make a pretty mount, and if he doesn't move along pronto, he is going to make a pretty mount.

Ain't much meat on these Georgia squirrels. Dressed out, you might get 12oz, bone in.

Wisconsin, where I grew up, squirrels would dress out at nearly two pounds. That's good eatin . . .
