Looks good my friend. The drill bit marks are a little rigid. Hopefully they do make a bit to clean the bottom sure would make an 80% fantastic but rather way if it fires your good to go.

Who's jig did you use? Wondering if it's worth the extra cheese for the new all steel jigs or not.

In all honesty....yes! Better than some other complete lowers I've owned. I really can't believe how smooth it is.
I used the Anderson jig the only thing that could be better is the part that mounts on top to clean out the inside...I wish it was thicker metal. I ate into it because of the thin steel.
I went a notch lower from the trigger hole and took out all the aluminum just below the drill marks.Cleaned up good!

I thought I'd add to this thread instead of starting another one.
I milled out 4 of the Stoner 80% lowers that MidwayUSA sells for $49 each. I bought my jig from 80% Arms.
I use a drill press with a 2 way vise. I used 1/8'' drill, 3/8'' drill, a 1/4'' carbide end mill and a 3/8'' carbide end mill.
I also stamped serial numbers on mine just in case they are ever stolen, I will be able to ID them.
I built 2 AR pistols, 1 in 5.56 and 1 in 300 AAC. I also built 2 AR rifles, 1 5.56 and 1 300 AAC.
