Done and could not eat a half bowl but, Boy howdy it was a nice change! Might just roast some of the carrots and Yukon's, basted in clarified butter and make some Rubin sliders tomorrow...Gonna clean up and kick back now, I am full as a tick!

I love the cooked cabbage best, I picked up the smallest Corned beef I could because of left overs..I can make Rubin sliders, Corned beef hash and used to make Rubin Spring rolls but do to surgery I can't eat fried food without paying the price..
