Brand new, but the plastic around the cable at the top has a split in it where a buddy hit a table with it(not coming off or anything, but you would see it if you looked), I’m sure the bad guy that gets hit with it won’t notice a difference tho. Perfect for keeping in a car or behind a desk. Everyone gets one entry, if you actually think you could use it you get 2 entries. I’ll draw on Halloween.
