Anyway this guy sold a Illegal SBR. To the police and knew it .. If you see someone trying to sale a SBR. Tell them please . People like this ruin things for the rest of us.

If it's a stock, it doesn't matter how long it is. If your pistol has a short stock, it's a rifle.

stock length doesnt matter, its barrel length that determines sbr or not

you must be referring to a "brace". you can use either the sig brace or shockwave blade in place of a standard stock to keep the weapon as a "pistol"

That's it, a 'brace'. So, an sbr rifle has a stock, but with a brace it would be a pistol, is that right?
(With the barrel length under,.. is it 16"?)
