Stuffed bell peppers

I mixed up a big batch of this bell pepper stuffing (used the expanded recipe with a can of tomatoes). I had some left over after stuffing my peppers. I mixed some taco sauce in the extra; and made soft tacos with flour tortillas.....delicious.
