Hey there I was advised on 10-27 that my supporter status was running out. I repurchased that day and got a confirmation. Got a notice today that it has expired and I am not showing as a supporter on site.

It looks like when you renewed you chose "Maximum Listings" instead of "Supporter." I think we have a bug where it hides the Supporter renewal until your subscription actually runs out, so you may not have seent he option available at the time.
