Question:

What would you pay to have your suppressor cleaned by high pressure steam?

Dis-assembly is not required it should take about 5 minutes.

We did this at a range day once and a number of people wanted us to provide this as a service. Since we were doing it for free non one would offer what it was worth to them.

What’s the difference between this and adding some water to the can and shooting?

I know some cans you can’t do that. But still asking.

Can this be done safely(without coating damage) on clear anodized aluminum?

This does clean all the gunk out. Remember it is 200 PSI steam. What comes out of the suppressor is black.

My experience is the cleaning is a good as removing the baffle and tumbling it with water soap and stainless pins for 30 minutes.

I'd pay $15, and would not want to send my suppressor anywhere through the mail / UPS, etc.
I would want to bring it to a local shop and have the service done while I wait.

I don't shoot my suppressor very high volume anymore, so I would think that I would only need the service done once every few years.

P.S. Will high pressure steam work and sealed 22 rimfire cans that have been used with exposed lead bullets?
