Suppressor info

I'll give them a ring tomorrow. I'd read a lot on this but it's still not quite clear. i hear they are helpful with the process. I love the store but haven't purchased anything that needs a stamp. Does TruePrep sell suppressors?
They are super easy to deal with. I emailed my trust and they did literally everything else, including mailing off the paperwork. Just sign a few things and off you go.

Not sure if TruPrep TruPrep does, but I know @DogLegArms does for sure and had a descent stock of stuff not too long ago.

TruPrep TruPrep does not sell suppressors yet. They cannot even do transfers for NFA items. I think you have to have a different license for NFA stuff.

Currently we do not handle any NFA items. Currently. ;)

Funny, I don't see the new requirements as being "aggravating" and they bring some clarity to certain legal aspects of owning NFA items.

What clarity does it bring? The only thing it did was take away the CLEO sign-off requirement which was a non-issue anyway because of the trust option. Instead it added unnecessary burdens to an already ridiculous and Unconstitutional process.

I get people may want to continue on with the process, but it is absolutely absurd to suggest this was a good thing in any way.

I don't think it's a horrible thing that folks on a trust be identified. At least not when the document is first created.

My issue is with the re-submitting of prints and/or photos upon the submission of a new form. That's where the BS comes in to play.

I have zero issue with doing it once...

The NFA, and gun registration of any kind, is Unconstitutional.
