I know a place in Smyrna , Smyrna tire that does work in old cars , they do one per Saturday
They did a great job with our lowered 65 falcon

Also in East point a place called Frame and alignment works on everything from 18 wheelers to antique cars
I’ve seen them bend the TTB arms on old ford pickups that are lowered , to make the alignment correct

My dad is a Studebaker fanatic, he's owned and restored dozens of them over the years, and he used to have a similar truck to that one, also from the 40's... I will hit him up and see what he says..
