I have a Swedish Mother , so I grew up eating these. I still refer to recipies and there are plenty to choose from, but they are fairly simple to make and delicious with or without Lingonberry Sauce. If you've never had them I highly recommend you give them a try.

Would love to try out some real Scandinavian food. Have only had breakfast (several times) I can remember and I thought it was weird. Stuff in what looked like toothpaste tubes but was all kinds of different foodstuffs. Plus granola. Maybe with yogurt. I can't remember all of it.
