Salmon fillets marinated with a little soy sauce and some Tone’s Cajun Seasoning. Blacken on med high heat for 3 minutes. Flip and let cook for 2 minutes and pour sweet chili sauce over it. Turn down the heat and cook another 2-3 minutes. Delish.

IMO it's not as good with other fish. The stronger taste of salmon works well with the cajun and sweet chili sauce. It's still good with other fish and shrimp but the salmon is my favorite.not a bid salmon fan....how do you think it would work on other fish??
