Sweet spicy blackened salmon

Salmon fillets marinated with a little soy sauce and some Tone’s Cajun Seasoning. Blacken on med high heat for 3 minutes. Flip and let cook for 2 minutes and pour sweet chili sauce over it. Turn down the heat and cook another 2-3 minutes. Delish.

I like blackened Cajun style meat, especially chicken, but that salmon looks might tasty.

IMO it's not as good with other fish. The stronger taste of salmon works well with the cajun and sweet chili sauce. It's still good with other fish and shrimp but the salmon is my favorite.
