Any cooking advice or recipes ?
I heat soft corn tortillas in toaster oven until hot, but not crunchy ( Just my preference ),

Meat ... ground beef, sausage, ground pork, ground up bacon, chicken, or a mix of any or all, simmered until tender, with chili powder, salt and pepper.

Then add meat concoction, and then add whatever I have on hand, and top off with Arizona Brand Jalapeno sauce.
Always diced onions, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded Jalapenos ...
OBTW, chopped Cauliflower is not very good.
Interesting, YES, good, NO.
GTG : cucumber, shredded carrots, shredded bell pepper, ... can't think of anything else I tried recently.
