Tag and emissions test

aint that some bull**** for real

any car between 1994 and 1997 wont be exempt from the emissions rules (aka no more grandfathering in 25 year old cars after 1993 that dont require emissions) and those cars didnt come with the standard obd readers

I'd like to find this out for certain. My hunting truck I leave at the club is a 1996 tahoe. I have replaced just about everything on it and still have the check engine light on. Pain in the rear end!!! I had to tag it for south carolina (lucky I have a lake house in SC), however, would like to get back to a GA tag in two years. Hopefully the 25 year old rule will apply.

I don't think so. The 25-year rule still applies. I only have to give my Honda tested one more tim
i hope thats the case. i bought a 1993 ford ranger a while back and it was exempt as of last year for emissions? i was told 1993 was the last year they would waive the emissions although i could heard wrong

Last year (2018) was the last year that 1993 and older vehicles were exempt. This year it's 1994 and older

my car keeps throwing codes for exhaust randomly; check engine light goes off and on every two days or so.

My car needs to be retagged in may, but can i get the emissions test done now to go ahead and get it out of the way? Id like to try and get emissions done when code is off
i think anytime!
