Sure is, evil lives. Hate these stories. I have a friend who drives for extra income aside from his full time. He doesn't carry either. I'd have mine in a shoulder holster under my right arm, and I'd be trained on weak hand shooting at a close distance.

Situational awareness. Many aren't thinking, watching their surroundings, or are trained to observe. This story sux on so many levels.

Wouldn't stop me. Guess they'd have to prosecute me after I defended myself. That's a policy that needs to be changed.
