Tell me about your Shield

I love mine. It's my on duty BUG, and my off duty EDC. My lovely bride got me some Ameriglo Idots for it for Christmas.

I have other off duty carry pieces, but this is my go to. Shoots very well even with the stock trigger.

I've put probably a 1000 rounds through mine (mostly my son shooting it) and it's been 100%, no matter what kind of ammo. It's my backup carry weapon and I wouldn't hesitate to put it on my hip!

Thanks for reminding me..... I've got probably in the 450-500 mark and never an issue. I've done tactical drills with both mags and no issues. I will say the spring is very tight before a good break in. Very good weapon for the price point.

I have had a couple of Shields and never had any problems with either of them. I just seem to shoot better with a Glock 26 or 19, and carry my 19 and my wife carries the 26. I would give it a try and see how you like it. They seem to sell pretty quick in case you don't like it. Good luck.

For me dry firing pulls right or left depending on which hand I use. I want to like them but I can't. In Glock I trust .

I thought I had that same issue but at 7 yards I hit true every time. When I dry fire it though, I seem to pull toward the shooting hand but the target says otherwise.
