Yeah but I don't think that's all the parts.
Most likely the lifter pawl spring.
What other parts do you need?
I don't see anything that resembles a shell elevator. But then again in other pics I've seen I think it might have been part of the trigger group kinda sorta like a Stevens 67.
You might be able to assist it and make it load.
In the process, there should be some mechanical function that isn't being executed.
That should help you narrow down what should be happening and where it is not working.
How about unloading a manually loaded shell?
