I used to catch em in rabbit boxes when I was a kid and my dad would haul me and the Possum to another part of Roswell on Oxbo rd and there, they'd give me 50 cent for a nice fat one. Dad got the recipe from one on a trip and thought he'd try it since we had so many in the woods behind the house. Well he did and it was suaaposed to be Sunday dinner, needless to say, we tied it and would up having potted meat on soda cracker and the dos ate well prepared Possum, sans the gravy.
