After Burt Reynolds died, I made it a point to watch "Smokey and the Bandit."
I hadn't seen that movie since I was a kid and my dad took me to see it in the theaters in 1978 or whenever it came out. So I didn't remember much. I totally forgot that the cargo that they were carrying while being chased was a load of Coors beer. So in honor of Burt's passing, I went and bought a six pack of Coors --the original Banqut--(not light) in the pale yellow cans, and I drank three at a time , and I enjoyed it!
