The better Mopar street Engine

I guess so. Last Holley I had started giving problems at 2k miles. By 4k, needed a rebuild. The original equipment Holleys and Motorcrafts needed rebuild after the first 50k miles. Carter and Rochester worked pretty well without anything. Coarse they didn't run like a double pumper either. That's why I use Quick Fuel now, best of everything
My best friend went to Quick Fuel and really liked them. He was still fooling with old school set ups and I had moved to the LS platform.

Vote 440 six pack just because it looks cooler and is cooler to say.

Dream car right here. Plymouth muscle cars are the coolest cars ever made. View attachment 8536993
This and the AAR Barracuda are my dream cars. The AAR was just mean looking. It was only the 340 but I know how to put the hurt on those high reving machines.

I have vehicles with EFI, but for real performance can't beat a carb. I have vehicles with 2 and 300k on them. Never have done anything with the EFI. I'll never get that outda a carb. But I can say, I've never had to touch a screw on that Quick Fuel

Hum! Very interesting you say that. 😎

Same with the Boss 429. Both were choked so much on the induction+ exhaust side that they really didn’t offer much more than the wedge headed offerings. Of the two you listed..I’d pick the Hemi..just because of the rarity & potential it has. 440-6 was NO slouch though.

I don't think anything touches Mopar performance

Don’t know if they are rebuildable but you’re welcome to come to Woodbury and look. Pretty sure the owner would sell you one
if you have any contact information for someone that I could talk to, let me know. I wouldn't want to drive that far without having some idea that they would sell them, and a ballpark price

I’ll go over and pm you some pictures of what is there. Might not be what you want then it might be.
If you decide that you have an interest I will pursue it with him.
