I've been watching The Chosen. Pretty good series about Christ's ministry and the disciples. It's free to download the app on your smartphone or smart tv. Completely free to watch as well. It's different to be sure. It shows the disciples as the men they were before they were called. Obviously there is some dramatization but they've really done there homework on what life would have been like for average people in Israel at the time.
