Lets talk about stories of America’s finest and most affordable line of firearms. My stories below come from my time owning a gun shop.
1) I special ordered a Camo Hi Point 45acp “Hunting Rifle” for a customer that insisted that is what he had to have. Also installed a 3-9 scope on it. Light and laser. Flash hider. All his choice.
2) Special ordered a threaded barrel for a 45 pistol. Customer wanted to use a silencer on his. It was just a tad unwieldy.
3) Learned that all Hi Points are Fawdy Glocks regardless of caliber.
4) went to a going out of business auction and watched people pay $249 + taxes and fees for 9 mil Hi Points.
5) had fewer warranty issues with Hi Point than Taurus or Cobra. Few warranty issues with Glock.
6) traded in and resold the same Hi Points multiple times. Good profit items.
7) high Pawn rate. High forfeit rate. Great profit item again.
