How does ignore work? Do they just not see your messages, or do they not see anything from you?

If I get a weird offer or someone messages me and thinks they're smart, I'll aggravate them.

I've told this guy i'll buy his gun once last week and once this week with no reply... I wonder if I hurt his feelings at some point
