Appreciate all the dog skills... but what is "tracking a deer" actually? When I shoot 'em, I just walk right over, hook up, and start dragging them to the ATV to get 'em out of the woods.

That's funny, we have the same situation. Neighboring hunters will knock on the door while we're eating dinner and ask if the little white dog is with us. Well, duh......here we go.
