The Morning After a Hole in One!

I wanted something different for Breakfast so....I soaked some graded potatoes in water to remove the excess starch..Cut up a vidalia and mixed with the onion, then drained and dried..Butter in the pan medium heat add the hash browns and covered for 12 minutes....Don't look! Then I flipped and cooked for 7 more minutes, made a hole added the Egg and covered..2 minutes and plated...Damn good,

only added salt and pepper..I almost added some Texas Pete but I'm not tempting fate.
