Yep, tested this out and ignored members can still pm you and you will get them.

think i unblocked some folks when i wasnt in my right mind and forgot about it

The ignore feature is like closing your eyes, so they can't see you.

I have well over 60 on ignore, just because I don't care to trade with them.

It could be as simple as not replying to PMs, or lying about why you haven't responded.
I wish there was no "invisible mode" option, yet some don't realize that when they post, they can be seen. lol
