Well, from the time you(OS) invited me from the old site its been nothing but a plus for me. I've made lots of friends and a handful of close friends whom I could trust my life with. I've personally never had a bad experience here (maybe a few people who aggravate me). I did find out that when the world closes in on me there's always someone who pipes up and puts a smile on my face. I do blame the site for a lot of my sleepless nights, cause I can't find the perfect deal when I'm on a mission.

I think you should offer a choice of a fishing trip at allatoona or carters instead of the ammo (even though my kids could use the boolits)

I have been able to expand and evolve my gun collection as well as my knowledge of firearms thanks to this site. I also find the politics and religious views of this community to be intriguing and enjoy reading others viewpoints. I find myself laughing out loud at the shenanigans around here and laughter is always good. I don't need the ammo so if I win just give it to the poster below me and I'll send them a brick as well. Thanks to all that help keep this site running.

I really enjoyed the support I saw for Jack's Deli, and got to meet a few nice ODTers that last day. Since then, my ODT shirt let me meet other members unexpectedly. I've even gotten opportunities to help people I'll probably never now through some of the charity threads. Pure awesome here.

Shortly after I joined and likely before I had done a single trade, a neighbor's house burned down. I made a post and didn't ask for anything other than people to do a personal inventory of what is really important in their lives as in a matter of 4 hours they lost every single material possession they had. In short order I had multiple PMs asking how they could help. As it turns out they didn't need anything as their insurance was fine but just the fact people were so quick to offer help the neighbor of a complete stranger was a moment of renewed faith in humanity. Geaux ODT!
And oh yeah OS.... in regards to the whiners... well.... nevermind... I"m still infraction free!

Had it not been for the ODT, i wouldn't have scooped up my P2000 for the low price of $500! And that was after a trade fell through and i offered a cash price. That was over a year ago and i still carry it every day.

ODT is awesome! This site is one of my methods of escape from daily stresses. I've met some really cool folks and learned a ton from reading threads. Thanks OS!
