ODT has become my most frequented site by far! I've met some damn cool people on here as well. I drove 2 hours to go spend the day with my new buddy Matt who cerakoted my shotgun. We did some shooting and hanging out. Took my family over to another ODTers house, Brian, and checked out his garden, chickens, etc...

ODT is filled with awesome like minded people. I love it here! Makes me not feel so damn crazy, lol.

Thanks Boss. One of my great experiences was with fellow member Schmitty. He was fortunate enough to get two old gun cases that were being given away by another member. I wrote Schmitty, and said that I had been looking for a vintage style case for my newly acquired Savage model 24. He graciously offered to give me one of his two cases, which I thought was very sportsmanlike. Thanks Schmitty! Well, that's just one of several outstanding experiences I've had. If I tell more stories, can I enter again?

Every time I meet someone (face to face) from the ODT, it has been a positive and typically enlightening encounter. People here are so friendly, genuine and incredibly helpful. Just recently I put up a post about not being able to afford a gun safe and before you knew it, a certain member swooped in and was able to get me one at an affordable discount. Not only that, but he brought it to me, because I didn't have a truck. He certainly didn't have to do that. But he did. That's what makes the ODT so great, it's not the site necessarily, it's the quality people that make it a reality.
