If the sailor doesn't know what they are talking about they should simply be quiet. I see an ad where the charging handle is described as being similar in function to that of an FN/FAL. It is nothing at all like the FAL. The sailor's rifle has a reciprocating charging handle. The FAL does not. He describes a 1 in 12 twist rate as ideal for "low powered" ammunition. WTF?
