The perfect burger?

Any burger under 3/4" thick is not a perfect burger. 1" plus=doing good
Any burger not cooked over a flame is not a perfect burger. Wood smoked=mmm
Any burger cooked above medium is not a perfect burger.
So much seasoning/sauce/add ons you can't taste the meat, not a perfect burger.

I've had real good burgers done many different ways that were awesome, these are just a few ways to go indicate you are not headed the right direction.
