The alkaline in the batteries.

This is my last camera, it has alkaline batteries in it. The cameras eaten had lithium.

I'm guessing my human scented attracted them to it. This last one I rubbed down with alcohol and they haven't bothered it, yet.

I have no idea. But both cameras eaten were the newer Reveal model. My older one is still out there. I have no idea why some got eaten and others didnt. Odd for sure, especially that quick. One was gone within 6 hours.

I've had 4 different bears show up past 3 days. Couple little guys and 1 big bear.

Oh. These are big teddy bears. I never feel threatened by these bears. I have been with 3 yards of a sow on 2 occasions with Cubs. They put on a show but as soon as you say Booooo they are gone. Had a big boar huffing and popping his teeth at me the other day.
