The Taco thread

Ill stop in next time Im down that way. I have now had tacos with great tortillas, the grocery store brands won't do it.
Grab yourself a tortilla press, a bag of masa and some parchment paper. It’s super easy to make them fresh at home. We do it all the time. Parchment seems to me like the easiest way to keep it from sticking to the press. It peels right off into the frying pan.
 
I saw this thread found some fish and the rest is history..

Blackened some sea trout pan heated the taco shell and for a base shredded lettuce then fish and a dash of lemon juice. Topped with shredded cheese cocktail sauce and pickled red onions..Not bad at all.
