This season started off great, lot's of action and drama and with this mid season episode was disappointing!
I don't believe Carl will be killed off the show!

I don't think they intended to write Carl out of the show. Until that scene with Negan where he stood there an tried to act. Producers have obviously gone, WTF, how many seasons an the kid still can't act, you're outta here.
