We just had our first big gust two minutes ago. Now our second... Probably 50 MPH. I'll get out my Kestrel.

isn't it funny? People say WOW, a 50 MPH gust and then drive 75 MPH on the highway! As of 2:15PM, today, Monday, I have .4" rain and barely see any trees moving. I imagine it will get worse but I really expected more in Woodstock.

Kestrel's read a max of 10 MPH, but we have had our first power blink-- bad enough to lose the cable modem.
