I'm haggling some with a guy now outside ODT for mini master 17hmr with 4" bbl. He firm @ 450 and I'm still waffling...book value per couple dealer calls i made is 3 hundert...offered up to 375 so far and no dice. Anywho- read some online forums and several posts where Some of the 17hmr's had issues with fired ammo case backing out of the cylinder some and causing it to jam- cylinder wldnt turn and hammer wldnt go back down either...that wld suck bc surely you cldnt ship it in for repair either @ that pointI heard the .17 HMR was dropped because of its tendency to have trouble stabilizing out of the short barrels. This was when .17HMR rounds weren’t as readily available in different configurations, and I didn’t hear anything about those issues in the longer barreled minis like the oneGadgetsrfun has. Which by the way I might have missed it but have you shot that dang thing yet?
