They were accused of having that. But I'm sure there are sneaky ways of linking significant data.

Vizio said in its statement that it never paired viewing information with data that identified individual users but used viewing data only in “the ‘aggregate’ to create summary reports measuring viewing audiences or behaviors.”

Pulling data from the input sources might be a good start.

They aren't watching you, they are tracking what you watch. Big difference. Netflix, Amazon, Direct TV, etc all track what you watch so I'm not really sure what the difference is?
