Think This Rolex Milgauss is Real?

The back of the band lugs look awful rough, like they were formed and finished with a course file.

Uh-oh....no "Yep's" yet, all no's...

One positive (?) thing is each side of the band lugs have the serial numbers or these numbers 53 16520 H with a Rolex crown before 1st number and after last letter?

I am starting to worry though, guess I need to post another cheap item for sale (MacBook Air) incase it is fake, sigh.

Agree with Palmetto, they wore that watch while running a concrete mixer or something. Of course I use Glocks to pound in fence post nails so........

How does it run? That maybe more helpful in knowing if it's real or not. Compare videos on YouTube and see how the sweep is SUPPOSED to look.
